The gameplan

Ten areas, every session — physical, cognitive, and emotional. Skills stack week over week instead of resetting each time.

Co-ed flag football skills and conditioning in Los Angeles for youth and adolescents 18 and under. Sessions are planned around physical, cognitive, and emotional development together — so athletes leave with more than a better throw. Small groups, real coaching, and reps that actually get corrected.

What they take off the field

The drills are football. The outcomes are broader — and they're planned for, not hoped for.

Physical developmentSpeed, coordination, and work capacity built with age-appropriate progressions rather than punishment conditioning.
Cognitive developmentReading a play, recognizing a formation, and solving a problem in real time — football as a thinking game.
Emotional developmentNaming frustration, resetting after a mistake, and staying coachable when a drill isn't going their way.
ResilienceReps that are hard on purpose, so losing a play stops feeling like losing the day.
FocusAttention held through a full drill, then carried into the next one — a skill that transfers straight to the classroom.
DisciplineShowing up on time, finishing the rep properly, and doing the unglamorous work without being asked twice.
Problem solvingDefense gave them something new? They adjust the route, the read, or the angle themselves.
TeamworkCommunicating a call, encouraging a teammate through a bad rep, and playing a role instead of chasing the ball.
